The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. The property is in an area away from the city where we could get a taste of everyday life in Japan, so we were delighted every time we walked to and from the train stations. "出張で1週間、利用しました。洗濯機(洗剤)があったのが助かりました。 4人での滞在だったのでトイレが2つあるのは大変助かりました！駅前で駐車場も安い打ち切りが近くにあるし、食べ物屋さんも周りに沢山あって立地は良かったです。お風呂がシャワーのみで浴槽がないのが少し残念です。でも歩いてすぐの所に銭湯があります。何回かそちらに行きました。 "

"Excellent location. Hotel is located just next to the OCAT bus terminal. So we took OCAT from KIX straight to the bus terminal. Very convenient. There’s the subway next to the hotel and a short 10 walk to Namba main shopping street. There’s also a Family Mart at the basement of the hotel building. A supermarket outside at the corner. We stayed 3 nights, couldn’t hear noise from neighbors which was good. Will stay here again on our upcoming Osaka trip. Drip coffee pod machine in the room was a pleasant bonus surprise! "
