โI stayed for three nights, and the hotel was in general very pleasant and clean. However, I asked for standard cleaning and replacement of towels and sheets and coffee, etc. each day I was there. Each day the hotel failed to clean my room or replace my towels or replace my coffee or empty my trash. โAll of the staff was excellent, and the room was clean & comfortable. I needed to stay for a couple of nights to be near the hospital so I didn't spend a large amount of time at the property. There were some noisy guests during my stay & elevator techs were servicing the property when I arrived, but this was the smallest inconvenience that & not a big deal at all. Can't say enough positive things about the front desk & breakfast crew -- really made a positive impact when I needed it the most....
โOnly complaints were the pool was dirty the day we used it and popcorn was outdated so it was not good. But otherwise brand new. Clean. Quiet. Nice staff! โ
