Finally a motel/hotel that takes covid 19 serious! They go above and beyond with there cleaning measures. I asked at the front desk as i do with every place i stay at about the covid cleaning policy and this place was the best Ive seen. They even offer "pick up" breakfast during this time! Good job BW i would totally stay there again.

Upon arrival I was met with a ridiculous surprise deposit of $300. Once in the room our TV was stuck on the adult channels, had to call the desk and reset the tv multiple times. Property just looked rundown.

The staff were really great, helping me check in with a BW gift card, etc. They did require a $200 refundable deposit, which was not in the hotel write up,. But otherwise it was a clean, comfortable room. The room was a little noisy as it was close to the roadway, but still a pleasant space.

Easy access from freeway, clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but very Covid- aware and they did a nice job with a "touchless" breakfast. I'd stay here again.

We called at 7am and scheduled a 9am pool time, but when we were being let into the pool we were informed that the front desk lady said she couldn’t remove the pool cover by herself and there was nobody else on staff to help her. Hey charge a $200 deposit to card upon check in.

First off they charge your card a $200 deposit the minute you check in, i don't like that at all. It takes 7-10 days to get that money back. If they want to "hold" your card info for incidentals that's one thing but automatically charging your card is ridiculous. Also no parking near our room, had to park clear on the other side of the complex. My daughter is special needs so that made things difficult. I really can't say it was a great experience because we didn't spend the night, my daughter ended up having to be taken to the ER so we didn't even sleep in the beds. We didn't get there till 10:30 and left 15 minutes later, didn't get back from the ER till 8:30 in the morning. We ate the breakfast stayed in the room till check out and checked out. They didn't bother asking if they could discount us or anything. Which is fine but it would have been nice. Overall it was nice i just don't agree with the deposit.

I made reservations and paid in advance. When I got there at 11am I was told I couldn't check in until 4pm. I understand that they need to clean rooms after checkout but I would have thought since I had driven 7 hours alone with a baby, paid in advance, and nobody else was waiting for a room that they could get to my room first. I asked about the pool and was told it was out of service, I later saw people using it. The room smelled musty but I couldn't keep the window open for fresh air because of the constant noise of people outside all night. I'm pretty sure the room nextdoor was being used to sell drugs. Then for breakfast you have to order ahead. I have Celiacs so I can't eat several of their options and asked for 2 yogurts instead of the breakfast sandwich and was told no. I was also told my card would be charged $20 plus tax for my dog for the 2 night stay and was actually charged double. I expect some inconvenience when traveling but this place was a disaster.

Family Weekend Trip

Good: easy access, close to food and shopping and our weekend plans. Bad: Traveling with 5 kids and had to get two rooms, which was fine but we requested adjoining and due to covid we were not allowed which makes no sense since we're a family that traveled in the same car there. We also didn't get rooms next to each other and only 4 people at a time to use pool/hot tub. I understand staying safe with covid but we shouldn't punish large families.

When we checked in we were told that there was a $400 deposit required for our dog and $20 a day additional charge. There was nothing about either of these fees when we made the reservation. The room was flea invested and now our dog is having allergic reactions to the fleas she picked up there.

From the beginning the front desk was not accommodating. Extremely rude, we tried to do everything thing the asked and they still turned our traveler away. they would not except her credit card they would not except mine or a credit card authorization form.

Missing pillows on bed. No blanket on bed, sheet and thin bedspread. Poor grab and go breakfast. No maid service on second day of stay. At least reduce the price if you are not providing services.
