โThe front desk staff was amazing, super helpful and accommodating. Room was ready early and very clean and spacious. Cute terrace to have a drink on and great cafe with wonderful staff right next door. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways and we are grateful we stayed here! Highly recommend this hotel. โ
โA clean, new place with a cute little rooftop pool (with great views of the area), a lift servicing all floors and friendly, accommodating staff. Rooms were really big, immaculate and I appreciated they had a separate bin for recycling. Fridge, tea and coffee was provided. Aircon worked a treat, water pressure was good and WiFi worked well. (The latter 3 things are often a challenge in Malta!) the basement rooms have a courtyard too which was a bonus. Iโd definitely stay again.โ

The hotel dรฉcor and accents are beautiful, and the staff are very friendly, providing excellent customer service. The only drawback is that the flooring in the rooms feels quite cold. Full length mirrors rooms are needs lighting by the door however, Exceptional hotel would definitely be back !

โDie Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral, man kann alles (รffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Strand, Einkaufsmรถglichkeiten, etc.) zu Fuร erreichen. Zudem hat die Unterkunft schรถne groรe Zimmer, der Check in verlief reibungslos und das Frรผhstรผck ist ausreichend gestaltet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer zuvorkommend. โ
"Thanks to Expedia, I had stayed merrily at a really great hotel. I sincerely thank you Expedia. Hilton Malta was the best of best. When I first checked in, I told them I had been to Sicily, and Jessie, the staff member who said she was from Sicily, was very kind and explained the room and gave my wife & me a warm impression. I also remember the humor and kindness of the servers at the fifth floor bar.
However, the reason I did not give the highest score for room cleanliness and staff service was because of one carelessness.
The room 830 cleaning staff did not clean the room properly on the last day (Sunday, April 6th). They also forgot the two hand towels that they change every day, so I called to ask to bring two towels by phone, but nobody came for over 20 minutes, so I could not wait and went down to the bar. I was disappointed even though I left 2 euros as a tip for the room cleaning every day. If it weren't for that problem, I would rate it as a super perfect hotel of the highest level. Nevertheless, I would recommend Hilton Malta to my friends. Thank you again."
