"The water in hot tub was not warm enough. The bed is too high for someone that is 5 feet tall."

"Room was clean and updated. Hot tub smelled bad (like sulphur) and water was dingy color. Really grossed us out, unfortunately, because that was a huge selling point for the hotel choice. A tornado siren went off. We went to the front desk to ask where to go and he had no idea where to send us and denied having a basement. Breakfast was good each morning with a variety of options, but was the same food each day."

"Our stay was fabulous!! The staff are wonderful from the front desk, kitchen, restaurant, bar and cleaning. Each one at some point in our stay, greeted us with a smile, wished us a great day and asked if we needed anything. Food at breakfast and evening buffets was great. Chef Gloria is awesome, she goes around to the tables and asks if we were happy with our meal! "

Plenty of room to just sit and play games and the Foosball tables.. plenty of complimentary coffee too! The breakfast buffet was very good as well and managed very closely. "
