“There were roaches in the rooms. Electric outlets not properly covered, floors were filthy and tv did not work”

“When I checked into the hotel on June 23rd, I was asked for a $100 cash deposit and told it would be returned upon checkout the following day. We checked out around 5:00 AM on June 24th, but when I asked for the deposit back, I was told it couldn't be returned until after 10:00 AM because the person with access to the safe didn't arrive until then. I then asked if they could credit the amount back to the card I had used to pay for the reservation, but they told me that wasn't possible.”

“Everything about this property was fine. But for the price point it needed to be nicer. Inside the rooms was again, fine. But the floor had some spots that didn't look the cleanest (not bad but just like it needed a vacuum), the one comforter had some stains and i found a large ant in the shower and another fly looking thing in the bathroom. “The room was clean and decent. However, the breakfast was just a few packaged foods you have to pick and go, no proper breakfast with a place to sit. Might as well as No Breakfast Included.”
