There’s not actually breakfast as promoted. Asked for some towels since they didn’t switch them out which wasn’t a big issue, but I asked if it was ok if I could get an extra towel ( there’s only 3 body towels in the room) since there was 5 of us, and the lady at the desk looked at me like I had just asked the most out of line question. I said it was just a question, and if it wasn’t a bother I’d appreciate it, but nope, she didn’t give me the extra towel, just the 3. 👎👎👎 terrible customer service in my opinion.

I guess "8" is a fair score out of 100 for this facility. There were so many issues with this property that creating a list is best. * Sewage leak on first floor moved some people to the second * Front desk person had bad BO when I arrived * Tile loose on the bathroom floor * Fiberglass in shower was not solidly mounted at the base causing it to creak and move * TV mount left on the wall with no TV on it * Homeless person drinking beers out front each night * Original carpet in staircases was nearly worn through and "dirty" * Food remains left in the staircase all 3 nights I was there * My key did not work on day 2 and had to get it reprogrammed * The coffee lid did not fit the cup causing hot coffee to spill in my rental car * The toilet in the room was not level because of the terrible tile job * The receptacle near the sink was placed precariously, causing them to have to trim the face place on it to fit better * The sheets and blanket were washed so many times they felt more like shop rags * The phone system had no option for a wake up call **** I could keep going...

hotel was very dirty, room smelled like nothing but cigarette, comforter had a hole in it, carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a couple of years, restroom was even worse. would not recommend this hotel by any means.

It was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. The room has one broken floor lamp and one broken desk chair, bugs on the floor and the floor was dirty. Generally in terrible shape. They advertised a "To Go" breakfast, but there was nothing but coffee and the juice machine only had water and cranberry juice. The snack machine was empty. One customer said his room was so dirty he and his wife could not stay there, but the hotel would NOT give back their money. Disgraceful place!!!

Worst Super 8 compared to other Super 8
The place was dirty , we found hair in the shower and on the pillows, I know its not a 5 star hotel but I've been in other super 8 and they have been waaaayyy better than this one.

Terrible Smell, not Family friendly.
The hotel was dirty overall (Lobby, Hall, not to mention the room and bathroom). Smells very bad like fungus/humidity. There was hair in the shower, the AC smelled bad and had a loud sound.

Disappointed
Phone in room didn't work. Lamp in corner didn't work because the cord was cut. Daily maid service was not provided. Floor in room and bathroom was warped. Room too small for king bed. Coffee maker real old and filthy. Refrigerator was not level and fell forward when opened. Initial clerk had no customer service acumen (very rude).

Hotel was not bad for the price. BUT the hallway smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Also there was no hand soap or any toiletries what so ever in the room. Towels were discolored but smelled clean and there was no wash clothes. If it wasn’t for the price I’d probably give a lower rating.

The air conditioning at this property was not working which made the whole place uncomfortable. The room we stayed in was infested with roaches.
