“We stay here all the time and this time I was not satisfied. The tub was filled with hair all over. It was disgusting. Very disappointed.”

“Not a great experience- Hampton and Expedia did not communicate properly on the room type we booked- or overbooked- and could not give us the right room with enough beds the first night. Terrible run around trying to fix the situation. After trying three rooms the next day, they finally settled us in one that had smaller beds, but at least the right number. Breakfast is all microwaved (powdered eggs, bacon, sausages, etc). Staff only brought more towels/ emptied trash if we set the cans outside...

“Reached out to the staff to get early check in (extra $50) for my two night stay and they told me I can come at 1 PM day of. I show up at 1:15 with the staff not even at the front desk and the door locked. Finally got a hold of someone just for them to tell me they can’t be there and I have to wait until 3 PM to check in despite what I was told the day before. I had a wedding to attend to, so I had to get ready in my car in the parking lot. They came an hour later to which I was already gone....
