"I stayed with my daughter, my mom and 3 year old grandson. The room was clean and comfortable, and really appreciate having a full kitchen. I also liked the medium-sized fridge, which was very convenient for our stay. One area that could use some improvement is the window screens. They could use a thorough cleaning, especially the screens in the kitchen and bathroom. The pillows were very firm and uncomfortable for me. I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you prefer something softer, as the current pillows may leave you with a stiff neck. I would strongly suggest upgrading the pillows to provide guests with a more comfortable night's sleep. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and with a few improvements, especially the pillows and window screens, the experience could be even better."

"Hotel is a converted old house, so the rooms and hallways are snug, but clean and functional. Reminds me of many hotel rooms in Europe. Great location. Free loaner bikes to get around. A nice charming alternative to the typical hotel experience."

"This place was located right in the middle of restaurants and bars and a short walk to the beach. The guys working the front desk were friendly and helpful. The only real issue was the elevator was out during our stay and we had to climb 6 flights of stairs leaving and returning to our room. Overall we loved staying on Coronado Island."

"The Marisol was a fantastic choice for my weekend stay! It’s right in the middle of everything and has the most helpful, kind staff. Their daily breakfast got my day started and the comfy bed shuttled me right into La-la land. The Marisol is a must stay when on Coronado Island."

"Really happy with my stay at the Bower! The rooms are a bit small but they are clean, modern and stocked with luxury, Le Labo toiletries and a Dyson blow dryer. With all the fun things to do in Coronado, we were barely in the room anyway. LOVED the water and pastries in the common areas of each floor and the rooftop bar was wonderful (go for Happy Hour!). The location is also perfect for walking to all the local attractions, bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!"
