“샌디에이고 가족여행으로 예약을 했고. 체크인할 때 여권번호부터 차량번호, 운전면허번호까지 다 적으라고 해서 차별 받는 느낌이 들었으며. 결제시 호텔스닷컴에 나온 금액과 다른 금액으로 결제가 되어 기분이 나쁨.재확인이 필요하다. 조식은 빵과 에너지바가 전부였다. 베개는 편안하지 않았으며 방은 위층 소음으로 시끄러워서 숙면을 취하기 어려웠다. 여러 호텔을 가봤지만 내가 가본 최악의 호텔이었다.다시는 가고 싶지 않은 곳이다. 저렴한 것도 아닌데 차라리 돈 더주고 더 괜찮은 데를 찾아볼 것이다.”

“One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a hotel happened here. Upon arrival we parked in the parking lot which was extremely small, only to find out that there was no parking available and we would have to park 2 blocks away and pay $25. Then we got to the room to see mold on the vents and walls, bugs in the bed and on the floor, no AC. The room reeked of cigarettes, sat on bench seat in the room and the cushion fell off.
