"It was nice! We traveled with a small child and loved that it was so close to a calm beach with small waves. The pools were also nice and the rooms clean. The only two downsides was that they only had one sit down restaurant with not such amazing food and then a coffee bar in the morning, both overpriced for the quality. It’s also a bummer that they state one price on the hotel website and then add all these extra fees and additions, just charge people up front for the full cost and don’t sneak in the extra $49 parking per day and resort fees last minute."
"The lobby area is a bit dated and in need of update. Has a Starbucks right next door. Walking distance to Gaslamp district. We stayed in updated rooms on 7th floor. The were well updated but small. Rooms were clean and offered coffee and bottled water."
