"I appreciate the staff putting me on the first floor and quiet section of the hotel. It was peaceful. Postcards the restaurant has the best staff, Jesus, especially!!"
"The lobby area is a bit dated and in need of update. Has a Starbucks right next door. Walking distance to Gaslamp district. We stayed in updated rooms on 7th floor. The were well updated but small. Rooms were clean and offered coffee and bottled water."
"Our stay at the Hard Rock San Diego was fantastic. We stayed to see the Dodgers play the Padres at Petco Park, which is less than a five minute walk from the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The housekeeping staff was amazing - upon our return from the San Diego Zoo, we noted that not only was the room spotlessly clean, they'd even taken the time to arrange the toiletries in the restroom, and pick up the stray items of clothing our son had left on the floor. While the valets were great, my only complaint was that $75 for valet parking is exorbitantly expensive. It's right in the middle of the Gaslamp Quarter, too, which has great restaurants/nightlife. Overall, this was an amazing stay and we'll do it again."
"The property was right in little Italy. That was in walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops. Very cool neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the floors/rooms were quiet and clean."
