"Parking was right behind the hotel but it was like jumping through hoops unless you knew the area. Most places have a small map to direct you but the front desk just give you an address and say follow it. I spun around for 15 minutes. I also brought my service dog (I called days before to inform them and asked if they needed my doctors papers to bring, they said no but they will note in my reservation. They didn’t, because when I arrived one lady whispered “service dogs can only stay one night? She has 3 nights?” It’s a service dog; she goes where I go.) but I made no fuss or said anything I just stood there waiting for my keys because I called ahead and when I was about an hour out I called to ask for parking to be put on my reservation; which wasn’t I had to double check because I wasn’t given a parking pass. I know house keeping didn’t come through because they probably thought I was leaving my dog unattended but she has a job to preform with me so my room wasn’t cleaned daily but I’m okay with that but I do like fresh towels instead of me going to the front desk and asking for a them "

"We stayed for an event and we had to wait 1hour to be checked in while there was 3 staff members chatting in the corner and the line was out the door. We also were offered an upgrade for our room which we paid for to have a balcony and they gave us the balcony where you couldn’t even step outside just open the door. I also left an item in the room and they wouldn’t allow me to get it then when I called as I was instructed to do they said the room was clean so it was definitely taken out of the room! We will never be staying there for boots in the park again. Terrible experience "

"We had a great stay! We arrived midday and were able to check in immediately. The suite was the perfect size for our family of 4, with privacy for my teenage girl on the sofa bed in the sitting room. The location is perfect for a nice walk to lunch, dinner, or the beach, and a great spot for Uber pickups. We enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub during our visit and absolutely loved the generous, delicious breakfast options. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. A great visit all around."

"I liked the location of the hotel near all tourist attractions like Balboa Park, San Diego zoo, Little Italy and more. The rooms were cleaned and had a nice view of the marina. The restaurant inside the hotel was very good too. The cons; the hotel was booked due to convention's, checking took long, valet took long to have your car ready, there was lines to get in the elevators and stopped at multiple floors, with kids that was very difficult since they have no patience. "

"I booked the Coronado Island Marriott to celebrate our anniversary with my husband. We reserved a Bay View room. The view from our room was beautiful - it looked out on the bay, the Coronado bridge & downtown San Diego. The hotel surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries & champagne on our second night. We loved the walking/biking path along the water. We booked an e-bike tour with Paradise Tours located at the Marriott - highly recommend. We look forward to going back to Coronado & staying at the Marriott. "

"Staff very nice and helpful. Location is great.Parking is off site two blocks away and pricey. it is also limited. There is no easy way to drop off luggage either before you park. If you have mobility issues some rooms are not accessible and require you to access via very steep stairs. "

"What a charming historical place to stay! Built 1906 hence the name. Themed rooms, a lovely garden with fountain, old school charm and hospitality. Complimentary Happy hour 4-5 and breakfast from 8-9:30 everyday. Highly recommend."
