"I really liked that help was everywhere, including a text option which they checked in almost every everyday. I also found the location to be great, I am a runner, so the location of the hotel is awesome for all types of ocean (Bayside) running. It was also close to pretty much everything we wanted to do downtown. Room was great, view was amazing, breakfast was really good. I did find that sharing the parking garage with Padres stadium guests was slightly annoying, although we never had trouble parking (just sometimes on the 5th or 6th floor)."

"Great room and view of the city and ballpark! Enjoyed VIP access to the stadium! The bed and pillows were hard and the a/c in the room was not working great. "

"When I arrived at the hotel the First Lady was very nice. Went into my room tv not working. Called and inform within 10 mins of checking in. During a 3 hour waiting period we called an additional 2x for the tv to be fixed. Asked for face towels (hand wash cloths) whichever term you prefer. They brought 2 face towels for 3 people in one room. They were not as responsive as they should have been. Went down the next night for utensils. The guy had me standing there while he text only to have me wait for a fork and knife than smugly inform no spoons. The hotel was really quiet and conveniently located that’s the only perk I liked about this place. The room is really small and the bathroom is super small!"

"Stayed here for a weekend, have never stayed at a Hard rock hotel. The location is in a very busy area where you can walk around several places in the downtowns Gaslamp area Front desk was busy but once helped they answered any questions I had. "
