"Loved the view of the harbor from bayfront balcony Our room was close to a very noisy elevator, other than that it was a great place to stay. Ryan at the front desk is a wonderful asset to your company. We will definitely return to this property"

"Air conditioner was not working properly. Got into the room and it was stuffy. The staff didn’t direct us to the rooms, so we were walking around until we asked. Staff wasn’t very helpful. The only staff that said a word was the parking attendants. "

"The beds are not very comfortable. The food at barefoot could be much MUCH better especially for the price. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Pool was wonderful. The ability for food to be delivered to the pool was cool. I wish the poolside drinks were available in the afternoon."

"Every day went there was very polite. It’s great for kids. The pool is open till 10. The slides do close early though at 5 PM I think."

"The Manchester Hyatt always delivers as expected. They have valet and bellhop which is important to me traveling with a special needs child and I need the convenience of having some help moving all of the luggage up to the room and parking the car for us. The room was well appointed and clean. They do not have any special amenities that we used but the pool looked inviting. We just stayed the night before going on our Disney cruise. It is conveniently close and also they have a Disney counter that can give you extra tags if needed. All in all it was a nice stay and the staff is very friendly and efficient."
