Since you were in a hurry to use the shower and leave for work, we offered you a quick alternative option of using another room close to yours to shower in, instead of having to wait for your shower to be fixed. If you feel the compensation was insufficient, we can work out an agreement that you feel is more appropriate for the inconvenience that you experienced.
