Front desk staff was super-friendly! Hotel is right on a beautiful beach. Family-friendly. Only negative is that this part of the beach has unhoused campers at night. But they were were quiet and kept to themselves. If that bothers you, ask for a 3rd floor room. Security is there all night too.

There is a night club next door that has loud bass until closing time. The hotel had ear-plugs awaiting and it wasn't a problem. The security at the hotel was visable after dark and the partiers next door were not too rowdie. I was comfortable staying there with my pre-teen daughters. You can't beat the location and the price. The staff was very nice and quick to fufill our every request.
