The hotel was located with a short proximity to our son’s school. The room was clean and the property was maintained very well. The highlight of our stay was definitely the coffee bar and the restaurant/bar staff. Everyone was friendly and made you feel welcomed with the exception of the man we encountered at breakfast on our last day. The food was really good and they had a nice outdoor/ fire pit area. The downside we found during our stay was the hot tub. It looked like it wasn’t maintained as well as the pool. It had a weird hue and odor coming from it so we didn’t want to stay in it.

I recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a good experience. The staff and facilities met my expectations, and I appreciated the service provided. However, I would like to share feedback regarding the mattress in my room. Unfortunately, it was too soft and did not provide the firm support needed for my back. This made it difficult for me to rest comfortably during my stay. I believe that offering firmer mattress options or ensuring better support would greatly improve the guest experience, especially for those of us who require proper back support. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope this feedback helps improve future stays.
