Food and service at hotel restaurants, especially Sunday brunch, were excellent. We arrived in time for Tropical Storm Rachel and unseasonably cool and wet weather but still enjoyed our stay in a 1st floor villa room facing the bay. Bathroom had no fan which we thought was odd. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will return here again with more predictable weather.

The room smelled like mildew, I’m guessing that’s because of its close proximity to the beach, and we kept finding bugs on the ground (pincher bugs, sow bugs etc. ) The mattress was pretty hard. Other than those things, our stay was great. The tv was big and the ac worked great. We were able to park right in front of our first floor room. The beach was right outside our slider, which was great. Room service arrived very quickly. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

When booking my room, the details showed that this was a villa recently renovated. I’m not sure why this room was considered a villa and it definitely wasn’t recently renovated. This could be a wonderful resort, but it definitely needs some updating. The pool area definitely doesn’t get clean daily. One thing I will say is if the staff was amazing.

The property was very nice. Rooms were very clean and the maid service was great! I would highly recommend staying here. We had a room with a fire pit. We didn’t use the fire pit but loved being able to sit outside. The room was very spacious. Close to everything and easy to get around.

Traveled with two active toddlers for 4 nights. We absolutely loved the stay. Definitely will come back for another family trip. Staffs were so nice and easy to check in and check out. The pool was the favorite part for the kids. Very close to everything like zoo and sea world. Parks near by and of course the beach. Overall a great time here.

The resort was very family friendly! I loved all the optional activities throughout our stay. Access to the bay and the path around the bay was a really nice opportunity to run, bike, enjoy passersby with their furry friends, and access water sports!

This was a great place to stay. We loved having pool and beach access available. The resort did a nice job with planning events like s'mores on the beach. And the restaurants were good too. We even got to see the Sea World drone show from our room. We would stay here again!
