"A very nice property with a great morning buffet. The building is getting a bit older but in good shape with decent furniture. The local area around the property is surrounded by older local neighborhoods. It is a top 5 hotel stay in Bacolod. "

"The hotel looks really run down and I felt I've been overcharged for it. Our room is outside reception, behind a bar. On our first night, people were playing pool, too noisy. On our second night, which is a Friday, a band played all night and the noise carried on until 5am. "

"Toilet seat missing, fighting roaches whole times, sink didnt work, walls thin hear everything, beds uncomfortable, No AirCon just fan, only one power outlet all the way by door, staff not overly friendly and i could do on but it was bad experiences. I endure 5-6hrs before i left."

"The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit.
