Bellissimo albergo in stile rustico alle porte di Trieste, in un incantevole paesino sulle pendici delle montagne. Ambiente familiare e informale, servizio puntuale e cordiale. Colazione ricca e abbondante. Un solo appunto: il riscaldamento potrebbe essere migliorato.

Nous y avons séjourné quatre nuits. Excellent endroit pour visiter le Frioul et le sud ouest de la Slovénie. Petit hôtel familial, tenu avec beaucoup de charme où le personnel fait tout pour vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Excellent petit déjeuner. Très belle vue sur la baie de Trieste dans un petit village très calme à flanc de colline . Attention toutefois si vous venez en voiture de ne pas oublier votre GPS!

Clean comfortable room

This hotel is family run and is quite a good alternative to staying in Trieste town, but is a little bit difficult to find and perhaps too inconvenient if you are not driving. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The wifi and breakfast could be improved, but the coffee was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not much of a neighbourhood except to serve as an alternate accommodation to pricey hotels in Trieste.

Malerisch gelegenes, gemütliches Hotel nahe Triest

Ein kleines, gemütliches und sehr freundlich geführtes Haus mit sauberen und neu ausgestatteten Zimmern. Besonders fällt die liebevolle Gestaltung des Eingangsbereichs und des Frühstücksraums auf! Parkplätze sind vorhanden, was auch wirklich notwendig ist - denn das Hotel liegt an einem Hang in einem Dörfchen mit den für die Region typischen schmalen Gassen. Sympathischer Fernblick bis nach Triest und ans Meer! Nahversorgung ist leider nicht gegeben, auch keine Trattoria etc., aber man ist in rund 10 Autominuten im Zentrum von Triest. Die Buslinie 41 fährt ebenfalls direkt ins Stadtzentrum - Haltestelle genau vor dem Hotel! Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber sauber, ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine gemütliche Übernachtung braucht, inklusive Air Condition. Das Frühstück ist leider auf Naschkatzen ausgerichtet - etwas zu viel Süß und nicht sehr üppig. Insgesamt aber ein zu empfehlendes Haus - optimal für einen Kurzurlaub!

molto bello ma con qualche dificoltà

tutto magnifico a parte il mangiare, non ce selezione. è quello e basta e 20 euro a pasto x come si presenta è esaggerato un pasto cosi vale 7-8 euro, gli avrei dato 10 euro perchè era tutto buono ma non puoi scegliere, inoltre non ti passano la fruta ! il riscaldamneto non funziona, gli abbiamo chiesto di accenderlo, e ci hanno presi ingiro, dicendoci di averlo acceso ma non era cosi. spazzi ridotti molto ridoti, ma ben organizzati. NON è UN ALBERGO PER DISABILI, QUINDI TOGLIETELO DALLA LISTA DEGLI HOTEL ACCESSIBILI!!! io son disabile e per questo non mi son trovato a mio agio, sopratutto con il bagno, il vater picolo, senza la doccetta idonea, la doccia senza lo sgabello , L'ACQUA CALDA è CONTATA, SE TI FAI UNA DOCCIA DOPO NON NE HAI PIù . L'HOTEL è IN SALITA IN MONTAGNA SI PUO DEFINIRE, quindi se sei in carrozzina come me, ti puoi spostare solo col taxi, che è poco conveniente. per il resto molto bello, molto gentili, ti senti a casa tua.

Siamo arrivati in questo BeB accolti dalla figlia della proprietaria in maniera sorridente e disponibile. Ci anche consigliato di mangiare presso un Ittiturismo a Muggia "Le terrazze", dispiaciuta del fatto che non ci fosse la mamma a proporre specialità triestine, che sfortuna.... La colazione molto varia e abbondante, e non mancavano torte e biscotti fatti in casa. I dolci preparati la sera prima avevano inebriato l'ambiente e noi non vedevamo l'ora di assaggiare tutto. Arredamento country veramente di buon gusto Bravi Bravi e ancora Bravi !!

Fantastic, Small, Family run Hotel in the Mountain

If you Speak Italin, German or Slovenic, then things will be great from the start! The younger family members work reception and their English is good. Mama works the Kitchen, Where the Food is Great, but signs and smiles complete the communication. Dad, Apparently leads great Cycle rides in the area and I can see this being a very popular destination for Walkers and Cyclists (Hire available) I have stayed here about 6 times now and it is still my 'Country' Favourite. Trieste is the most marvellous area and needs your visit!

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in der Nähe von Triest.

Das Hotel Fontana wirkt neu renoviert und ist dementsprechend sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alleine schon für das super Frühstück lohnt sich eine Übernachtung. Mit dem Auto ist Triest Zentrum in ca. 8 Minuten zu erreichen, es würde auch ein Linienbus durch das Dorf fahren.
