The only helpful person on staff at this establishment is the gentleman who handles customer service calls. My room was broken into while I was there (I know for a FACT that LOCKED the door behind me when I left) and the assailants stole my brand new MacBook computer, my Apple Watch, my brand new iPhone 11, as well as my credit cards, which have been maxed out without my permission. I made a police report, showed the hotel Manager the document(s), and still nothing has been done to get the security footage to me so that I can press charges on the person(s) responsible for this, nor has there been an offer to replace my electronics. I am a disabled veteran and my electronics are very, very important to me and I use them daily. The only sort of reimbursement came from Expedia, which refunded me for the weekend this happened; however, it was only $415 and some change. I’m very disappointed and probably will not stay there again. Not to mention that guy William who “sits” (actually, he sleeps all through his shift!) at the desk overnight, is incredibly rude, disrespectful, a braggart, and doesn’t give a flying rats if a guest needs him to help them with something or not. He also screams at the police when they come knocking on the door to respond to calls that had come from a guest there. I really don’t know why he still has a job there, but he needs to be replaced post haste!
