Columbus Inn was perfect. Situated between Fisherman’s Wharf and North Beach. Easy, early check-in. Woman ( Layda?) at front desk was so nice and accommodating. Rooms are really clean. It’s an older hotel, but it’s been updated. Felt very safe and we loved the free parking. Walked everywhere from the hotel and cable car end line is one block over. No refrigerator, but there is a coffeemaker.

This hotel has complimentary parking, which was a big advantage. Parking is not readily available in San Francisco. The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of Chinatown and Fisherman's Wharf. The property is older, but well kept. Our room was very nice. As far as staffing, Leida is awesome! Check in and out we're both easy. Leida took time to speak with us and answer all our questions. She also offered suggestions and gave us walking directions. Watching her deal with other guests, she was always calm, polite and just very nice. She is an asset to this hotel.

We made a last minute family trip to the ward for New Year’s and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The front desk staff were wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Parking was easy, our room was clean and comfortable, and the location felt safe and very convenient. Once the neighborhood fireworks ended, it was surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay as a family and would happily stay here again
