Pros: clean room, staff was friendly Close to everything, convenient to walk to restaurants and convenient stores. Cons: 1. no microwave in the room, had to use communal microwave downstairs behind the front desk 2. valet parking only. Paid around $88 per day in/out privileges. It takes too long to get car ready.

We had a great stay! The staff were very accommodating and helpful when there was a little mixup with our room booking. Front desk gave out bottled water which was very nice on our daily adventures, and there is refreshments and snacks served in the lobby. Room was clean and overall had a pleasant experience.

Upon arrival, the valet staff was super helpful and kind. The front desk staff was efficient and offered bottled water. The room was clean and quiet in spite of being near the elevators. I had the best night of hotel sleep I’ve ever experienced. Check out was a breeze. Staff in all positions were kind and courteous throughout the stay.

Hotel lobby was clean and large. The room was very spacious and clean. The view we had was super cute too. Parking was valet that we chose it was pricey but I was only there for one night so I just made the choice to go with their option. I’d probably come back here again the area was in a good spot from bars, clubs and the shopping district.
