This hotel is what I expect from a high-end hotel; every detail considered, all staff attentive and knowledgeable. The food was excellent in the MKT restaurant, and the little snacks near the front desk were an unexpected delight. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable, bathroom well appointed, and the climate control excellent. My one complaint was that the televisions could be modernized, but we were informed there is a project under way to do just that. In the meantime we were provided with a technician who was able to update things to accommodate our needs. Location is always a primary factor in choice of lodgings, and this hotel is very conveniently located to many restaurants, night spots, and city attractions. This includes the Museum of Modern Art and Yerba Buena Gardens. I am looking forward to my next San Francisco trip, where I will take advantage of this wonderful hotel again.

The property is wonderful. It has the best Jim by far in San Francisco. The front desk, especially Ali was absolutely fantastic. We were very tired after a long drive. She was very accommodating. Got us an excellent room and sent us a nice welcome gift with a handwritten note. She absolutely went above and beyond and got us off to an excellent start in our stay at the San Francisco four seasons -market Street
