Our room was clean and had a great view of the lanterns on Grant Street. Conveniently located near a BART station, within walking distance of the cable cars, and (for us big walkers) within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf. Would stay again!

Cute hotel right in SF Chinatown. Very convenient location if Chinatown is your main destination. The staff are super friendly. The rooms are smaller than the pictures, and had decent amounts of dust on the headboards.

Great customer service. Felt very welcomed and taken care of whilst staying at the hotel. There was a little bit of street noise at night which is to be expected, but it wasn’t to the point that prevented falling asleep, great location, and very central.

Great location. I didn’t need anything fancy. They offer a decent room for an affordable price. The beds are very firm. Still slept good. There’s no ac unit but that’s a testament to the weather in SF. My only issue is that I could hear creaking from upstairs. You will probably be doing the same to your downstairs neighbor. And the walls were thin so I could hear neighbor snoring.

Location was perfect. My only gripe, thin walls. Something with these old buildings in historic neighborhood that they probably can't do anything about. I could hear every person walking out the elevator and their conversations.
