Great customer service. Felt very welcomed and taken care of whilst staying at the hotel. There was a little bit of street noise at night which is to be expected, but it wasn’t to the point that prevented falling asleep, great location, and very central.

Location was perfect. My only gripe, thin walls. Something with these old buildings in historic neighborhood that they probably can't do anything about. I could hear every person walking out the elevator and their conversations.

The location couldn’t be any better. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants and China town. My husband and I would definitely stay again. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but everything else was great.

The hotel is in a very old building, which I believe creates an odd odor. The windows are very inefficient especially in regard to noise control. The curtains in the bathroom were very dirty. The shower was newer and very clean. Great hot water and good water pressure. I misunderstood the double room description- it only had a full size bed. The mattress was noisy and horrible. The staff was amazing! Parking for drop off was great. Location was descent. However, many restaurants in the area, especially breakfast were not open on the weekends. Overall, decent room for price for the city.

Hotel was great, really nice, clean and well kept. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location was great, really close to all of the places you want to be close to in San Francisco, some what centralized. It was on the same block as the entrance gates to Chinatown. One plus is if you are looking to bring back souvenirs at really (and I mean really) great prices this is the hotel to stay at. The shops are on the same street as the Grant Plaza Hotel starting on the next block across the street. My one and only issue was that the bed was not a soft bed. It could have been a little softer.
