위치나 방 컨디션은 좋았습니다. 그러나 직원들이 리셉션에서 고객이 들어오는데도 웃고 잡담하느라 인사도 안하더라구요. 방청소는 깔끔했지만 그후에 옷이나 핸드폰선 정리등을 대충 던져 놓은 모습이 유쾌하진 않았습니다 . 식당도 햇빛은 안들었지만 아늑했고 좋았지만 직원교육이 전반적 시설에 비해 떨어지는 느낌이라 보완이 필요해 보였습니다.

위치는 너무 좋습니다. 방 컨디션도 좋았지만 화장실은 좀 낡은 티가 났고 특히 욕조 배수구에 머리카락을 잘 안치워주셔서 한번은 저희가 스스로 뺐네요..... 한번 house keeping 분에게 요청했더니 그 다음부터는 잘 치워주셨고요.. 딱히 제공받는 어미니티가 없고 큰 통에 덜어쓰는데 결국 요것도 fee 를 받는것도 좀 별로라 판단되었습니다. 위치는 중심부라 너무 좋지만 주변에 homeless 가 많습니다...

The spa in the room worked Well, the shower had nice water pressure. The soaps smelled great. They comped us for the issues we had so I will Go with that.

Walking distance to the Museum of Modern Art and a bunch of cute restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet parking was $55 which is on the lower side for the area. Highly recommend the lovely rooms.

Place smack in the middle of everything, so easy to explore San Francisco. Trader Joe’s next door was a win. Staff was excellent, Jeff helped me check in and even checked in early. It was a nice view too. Will stay here again soon.

El hotel es muy bueno. Me encantó que puedes transportarte a todos lados practicamente caminando a la esquina están las paradas de autobus y la estación de tren. El personal muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Lo único que me hubiera gustado cambiar, sería tener un colchón un poco más firme, no era incomodo pero si más suave de lo que esperaba. De ahi en fuera una estancia excelente.

The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. Locked front door and key card elevators gave a sense of security. However not the hotels fault but it's not the best area There are way worse though. In the hotel we are charged 40 a night for the resort fee. The 24 hour gym was not open 24 hours as I found out when I was going to work out at midnight cause I was restless. Apparently the Dirty Habit floor which is the 5th floor I think was not open on Sundays or Mondays as we found out when we went to grab a half of a drink with the 10 dollar voucher we were given. The concierge was a service I didn't see but was advertised. When we arrived and when we left we had about 6 or 7 pieces of luggage and had to get a cart and go up 7 floors and down a qtr block hallway to load and unload. Then we had to wait on the street with our luggage when we checked out and had to run 7 bags across the road where the ride share pick up is for the hotel. Then we couldn't find an ice machine that worked nor did the water stations work and they didn't have a store so after flying in and settling we realize we don't have any drinks or snacks and we haven't eaten dinner and guys SF is half empty. So much stuff out of business, everything closes early. Not convenient at night. The rooms were small, bathroom next to the bed with just a sliding wooden door and no fan or window. Expedia lists our original room at 300sqft and the upgraded room was only 280 so little bait and switch by the app.

I prepaid for my room weeks in advance however when I got there they charged me again for my room and deposit. The first night I received a call at 830pm that my husband was too loud because he was excited saying wow babe look at the view out of excitement. The food at the bad habit restaurant was not good. The room was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The staff was very nice but the incident with the double charge was very upsetting.

Right off of Market St - central to lots of things - the Ferry Building, Union Square, MoMa, etc.. Staff was extremely nice, rooms were great. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the city.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Zelos. The rooms were clean and neat and the bed was so comfortable. The front staff was very friendly. Our only issue was with the staff in the dirty habits restaurant. They were very inattentive and slow to serve. But overall the hotel is an excellent place to stay in the downtown area. We saw lots of interesting people on the streets but never felt unsafe.

The hotel is nice. The beds are nice and the amenities are good. The surrounding areas has too many bums and makes you not want to stay in the city.

First time here, wasnt sure what the area around Market would be like since i hear about the chaos on the news but it was nothing like the reports. A few homeless here and there but nothing dramatic. The hotel was great, staff really nice, awesome bar on 5th floor and convenient to everything. Ill definitely stay here again when back in 6 months for another work trip.

My partner and I are always looking for fun date night hotels in the city. This might be a new favorite for the cost/value. a cool old deco hotel in beautiful condition. Here are some things about the hotel. The Dirty Habit. This is kinda why I came here in the first place, I love this bar, it's got a hip sexy vibe, fantastic bar and just enough food to keep it interesting. The Room. I upgraded to an "executive city view king" which was nice but nothing special, it was spacious enough, the city view isn't anything great because the top floor is only 9, nice little desk area and city space, it did not feel cramped at all. Would have loved if the bathroom had a soaking tub. The bed was nice and comfy. Amenities: Can't really speak to it. We hung out at Dirty Habit and then our room. The Area. This is centrally located part of town, easy to get to everything, but as downtown has suffered so has this are continued to. It's a little dirty, a little shady, homeless and such wandering around. I wouldn't call it unsafe there's just parts of town i'd rather be. Parking: 55 a night valet. OUCH. You can get much better value around if you do some searching on San Francisco parking websites.

Went opening weekend for the Giants! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the price for parking was half the price of the Hotel across the street. Not to mention1/4 of the price for room…yes the room was small but it was clean and super quiet. The only problem was only one of the floors ice machine worked. Great Stay! Dirty Habit was a Hidden Gem, Steve was great!

Booked through Expedia. Found out about “resort fee” at check-in. They give you a $10 voucher to their restaurant, but fail to tell you it’ll be closed 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. Woke up at 4am to a low battery chirp from the smoke detector. Room service didn’t fill shower gel, ran out on last day. And then upon checkout, not one single question about how was our stay? Will not be staying here again.
