This was a solid stay in the bay area. Property looks a little rough upon arrival, and rooms had some wear, but were very clean and area felt safe and secure. Great location - can walk to a lot of restaurants, etc. There were 3 of us to one double queen room and it was tight, but doable.

Check in was easy. Parking was no problem, but getting back out of the parking lot is a challenge, as there are no good turn around options. The place was clean, but dated, with areas needing recaulking. There is street noise, but it wasn’t disturbing to us. For light sleepers it could be a problem. The bathroom counter is too high for short people. Overall, this is a reasonable place to stay for short term. We parked the car and walked all over the area. Lots to see and do in a safe environment.

Very clean rooms, parking was a plus, it is first come first serve but there always was a spot while we stayed. Super close to bars, restaurants, the water. Reasonable price, overall just what we needed for a quick trip to San Francisco.

Location was fantastic, close to Chestnut restaurants and stores. Within walking distance to the ocean coast and wonderful parks nearby. Parking was also included, which is why we chose the motel. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Good overall value. It’s got a great location and the price is very fair. Pretty clean. Toilet was broke when I got there and the parking lot fills up were the only negatives.
