My family and I had a great stay!!! The staff were so welcoming and helpful - and the location was perfect to be in a quieter area but still central. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place for a great price!!

The Front Desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreicated that they allowed me to drop off my bag early. My room was very clean and bright. I appreciated having the view. I also liked that they had plates and cups in the room which you could use. The bed was confortable and the hotel was incredibly quiet at night so I slept great.

The room was so spacious! It had a huge closet. The room was clean. The city view was beautiful. The breakfast was solid and kept us pretty full. The location was great and had a little convenience store right next to it. Definitely a great deal for what we got. Loved this hotel!

Our stay at Mayflower hotel was a charm. Everything was exactly as expected, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally located right in the city centre, making it easy to get around and explore. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always happy to help. Overall, a great experience and a place I would happily recommend.

The hotel was nice and I'd stay there again. Room was very comfortable with a microwave and fridge. Bed was super comfortable. Hotel is near Union Square BART and two major E-W Bus lines. There is also a grocery next door. Breakfast was not great. Other than eggs it was basically carbs (cereal and waffles) with a bit of fruit. They did have coffee.

Everything was amazing! Anna at the front desk is truly the gem of the Mayflower. The hotel is very comfortable, and the location makes it easy to walk everywhere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It was quaint but the bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom had no place to put items needed for nightly and morning cares. Only 1 plug-in in the bathroom in an inconvenient spot. No place to put luggage. Check in was smooth but some difficulty getting ourselves and luggage in the elevator. We did think the elevator was quaint and worked well. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Also close to the pier we were cruising from.

This old hotel has its own charm. The lobby area is impressive, the common parts less so. We were a little in trepidation in the corridor to our room, but we needn't have worried, the room itself was well equipped, very clean and had a very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful. The complementary breakfast was an unexpected bonus and we were able to leave our luggage securely during the departure day when we had a late flight. The location is very convenient for the BART, cable cars, Union Square and many restaurants. There's a laundromat within 100m and it's reasonably priced. All in all a comfortable stay at a very reasonable price.
