가족여행으로 머물렀어요. 로비가 굉장히 멋있었고 직원들도 친절했어요. 근처 쇼핑가도 걸어서 갈수 있어서 좋았어요.

The lobby was nice. And the bar was great but the whole building and the room is too old. You can also hear what is said in the next room just like they are with you. For the same price, I would rather stay at the other hotels...

방이나 목욕탕, 집기등은 훌륭한데 생수 서비스가 없고 커피 포트가 제공되지 않아 뜨거운 물이 필요하면 일일이 전화로 주문하거나 로비에서 받아와야 한다. 캡슐 커피 머신이 있는데 커피 맛이 별로라 무용지물이다. 데스크 직원의 전화 받는 태도가 친절하지 않다. 가격에 비해 서비스가 실망스럽다.

시내 한가운데 위치해서 일방통행도로나 샌프란시스코 드라이버의 난폭함에 익숙치 않으시면 렌트카로 접근시 조금 힘드실수 있습니다 발렛파킹을 할수밖에 없는 위치구요 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다 룸 컨디션은 좋고 고급스럽습니다 체크아웃이 12시라 아침에 슈퍼두퍼버거나 유니언스퀘어 관광이 가능했어요

The Palace is a beautiful classic hotel. I booked to celebrate my husband & my 23rd anniversary. I was disappointed in our room at first— I had been under the impression that a junior suite would have more than one room. It was also not ready at 5:30 when we arrived. There was also only one robe & some of the furniture was really scratched. BUT we were given a $50.00 bar credit for the room being late and it turned out to be comfortable & quiet. We enjoyed a gorgeous Sunday brunch one day & Room Service the next. The staff was gracious & kind. We walked to North Beach (easily!) for a lovely Italian dinner. So all in all a really great weekend.

Great, clean hotel. Super friendly staff. Valet was a bit pricey but didn't mind since it was only one night. Bar areas were nice. Would definitely be back!

This property is absolutely beautiful with a lot of history! The rooms are very clean and spacious with comfortable beds! It’s centrally located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! The staff are friendly and professional and always there to help with your every need! There are several restaurants on property if choose not eat off property. Love love this hotel!

The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. My husband and I took my son and his two friends see a concert. The front desk was helpful with locating a restaurant near the venue For my husband and I to have dinner while the kids were at the concert.

Many aspects of the property are exceptional - such as the dining spaces, the room, cleaning, and front desk help. My only feedback is regarding coffee and WIFI. Coffee makers provided in each room. You can hide them away in the cabinets but please provide them in room. The person working the cafe downstairs (not open until 6am) is unfriendly and I was not aware of the free coffee for guests until I checked out. Also I don't think you should nickle and dime customers on the WIFI at such a nice establishment.

Overall room was nice and staff was helpful. When it got busy for breakfast, staff tried to mange the busi-nesss but it overall not handled well. Overall experience was positive.

When a guests conduct interferes with our other guest's enjoyment, we will take action as we did in this case to rectify the situation. Regardless of how one books our hotel a standard of conduct is expected from each of our guest. A refund will not be issued in this case.

One of the staff members showed us the mezzanine where Garden Court is overlooking. Beautiful place and great staff.
