I was not prepared for a boarding house set up. No elevator. No parking. No amenities in the room, like coffee, etc. Bathroom and shower are down the hall. I will be more careful in the future.

I have never had a hotel without parking, without a restroom, without closet space. I went into this knowing it would be a little rough but I was not prepared. Part of that’s on me. Didn’t know I had to check for that. Staff was cool. Place was mostly long term rez and just had a dank vibe.

I like old architectural style and this place has it. No my room didn’t have a restroom in it or shower but the ones that they had in the hallways were always very clean. I really enjoy this place and for the price I got what I needed my second time staying here I will be back.

Honestly the shared bathroom was not an issue like I thought it would be. The location was convenient and walking distance to many cafés and public transportation. We did have several bug bites after the second night, but we are unsure if it was mosquitoes or spider bites. Definitely could be a bit cleaner in the sense of having sheets that one could tell are visibly clean - patterned sheets are not the best for that, and perhaps having a bench in the shower for one to put their clothes on, but other than that, would stay here again.

The Perramont Hotel is in an excellent location in terms of resource/transportation accessibility and overall safety. Just a few minutes walk away from Church street station, safeway grocery store, walgreens across the street, etc. Multiple dining and coffee options nearby as well. The bathroom and shower were shared just down the hall from my room, and no microwave/fridge in the hotel room as expected, although the room included it’s own sink. The room was very clean as well. In terms of safety and comfort, I would only book this hotel again if I were staying in the city for a couple of days, but not for a longer term stay.

All due respect with people that works at the reception because they are very gentle and nice. But the place is horrible. I’m gonna say exactly the DETAILS because I didn’t saw anything like that in here: I went around middle october, it was kinda hot, but in the room was very very hot. I left the window open otherwise is an oven there, but there is a barber place right on the side that was very loud, which didn’t help. There is a little tv in the room and some towels, a sink and a queen bed. The bad was horrible to sleep, I had to get a massage when I got back because I couldn’t move my back and neck. The restroom and shower are separated and is in the hallway, shared with all other rooms. The building smells like pee when you walk in, the room and the towels didn’t smell good either. The minute I walked in I tried to canceled and get a least a minimum refund and go to another place, but they have a no refund policy, I guess we know why. Anyway, girls bring your own stuff, shampoo is terrible and smell bad, and bring hair dryer they don’t have it.
