Great staff and everyone was friendly. I arrived in SF early morning and they were able to get me an early check in without any hesitation. Made my stay so much more easy and I was able to enjoy my trip.
Truly a great experience with the staff here. I was in one of the corner king rooms - spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel was brimming with people since there were multiple
events in the area, and yet the service still felt very personal.
Stay was nice showers now really good low pressure and it was a updated room also bring your own pillows if you can looks fluffy and nice but goes flat
Born in SF, I picked this hotel because of quality and location. Walk to union Square, Embarcadero, Moscone center and Oracle Park. Super clean and great breakfast buffet included. Don’t forget to watch the Sunset on the top floor b in ar restaurant, awesome views.
Loved the location. Walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and professional. The facility was spotless. Will definitely visit again.
Very convenient location. The only issue was that there were a lot of homeless in the area and walk around the immediate neighborhood for a little cautious. The hotel was great though.
Ive had better rooms up higher in the tower but it was a busy weekend with the Dodgers in town and the Folsom St Fair. Staff was helpful... they even located my charging cable in my car down in valet. Easy as pie to stay an extra night. Beds are posh. A really good nights sleep right in the middle of the SOMA. 24 hour food at Mels diner right around the corner. Across the street from Target. Super close to MUNI and BART. ill stay here again for sure
The hotel lobby is very spacious, clean, and inviting. The Skyview on the 39th floor is a must; it's intimate, with great cocktails and a magnificent view of the city. The two-level gym is a plus!
Nice room and really nice hotel. The air conditioning was quite weak and would turn off when you would leave so it would have to start all over again when you got back to your room. Really nice gym. And very close to the transit station so that was great.
My husband and I always love staying here! It’s one of our favorite hotels in the world! We loveeeee how clean it is and the modern decor! We always pay a bit more for a nice view too! Also the bar at the top is soooo cool! Amazing views!🌌
Location was great. We loved the bar on the 39th floor. Beds were great.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We arrived at this hotel after a 17-hour drive, hoping to get some rest for one night. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
First, we were given a room key that did not work, so we had to go back down to the lobby to resolve the issue. We were then assigned another room, where several basic amenities were missing: hair conditioner, shower gel, and a working hair dryer. On top of that, we found someone else’s hair on the bathroom floor, which was unpleasant and raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room.
On a positive note, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the room was generally quite clean.
Overall, we expected a more comfortable and hassle-free stay, especially after such a long journey.
Our check-in process was a little awkward and they actually gave us keys to the wrong room. However, the staff was very helpful and once settled in...our stay was fantastic. 'The View' is an amazing amenity. ABSOLUTELY recommend venturing up there at least once. We felt that the breakfast buffet (in the lobby) was a little pricey, but honestly...the best breakfast buffet I've had at any hotel. Do be aware that the B55 Crafthouse is NOT open for lunch or dinner as mentioned in the website. At the same time, there is plethora of other choices near by. Overall, highly recommend this place.
Amazing place to stay. We got in at 10 AM from our early morning flight and checked in to simply drop off our luggage only to be surprised with an our room ready. We were so happy, for we got to nap for 30 minutes before exploring the city. Customer service here is top-notch.
