The staff was great. But we got all sorts of problems with the water system. The shower head was not functioning properly (urgently needed to be decalcified). Terrible noise in the pipes each time we were using the tap to wash our hands.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Puebla Angelopolis by IHG
Some things inside the bathroom were not well placed. Looks like it is not having proper maintenance. Swimming pool not working. Breakfast good.

Cuarto limpio,personal muy amable, parking con seguridad 24?horas parking con cancel en la noche. Es un hotel nuevo. Planeamos una noche y nos quedamos 2 por la comodidad de sus camas y la amabilidad de el personal.
