"We were not aware that our room faced the parking lot. Some guests were not quiet when they arrived late at night. Please mention this for this room. Most staff didn’t speak English, one staff spoke great English, but not always around. They asked me to sign a contract of rules, but not in English. Very confusing if we could eat or drink in our room or not. Breakfast cafe ran out of black tea, and didn’t notice that we drank only tea the first day, and didn’t restock. Enjoyed the fresh juices. Loved the garden/flowers. Room not cleaned for a multiple night stay. Hotel advertised as having WiFi which we depended on to plan our time in Cuernavaca. However WiFi and streaming TV stations did not work. False Advertising. Complained to front desk, and tech issue not resolved. "

The property is lovely and peaceful, yet there's a nice lively feel because of the on-site tennis club and workshops that take place. Breakfast ("Veracruzano") at the restaurant was delicious and other meals were also good."
