"This hotel is the worst. I used valet parking, and during the night, my car window was smashed and my child's school bag and a camera disappeared. The hotel didn't inform me of this until I called the Concierge. The front desk said nothing, even when I checked out. I asked what was going on, but they said they couldn't take responsibility. Why would anyone use valet parking when staying at a hotel? Terrible service, I never want to think about again. I was furious at their unprofessionalism and irresponsibility. The padre is unqualified, in a word."
