Great property building very nice very well built clean new and beautiful, but adjacent to unfinished land and area, which makes it not possible to walk around. It’s good for someone that knows the language around and has a car to drive around because nothing close by. It has an attached restaurant which does not belong to the property, but it has friendly staff and good food. Not a vacation place but a nice property to stay.

Honestly, one of our favorite places to stay. My husband and I stayed three nights and enjoyed the waves crashing just outside our room, wonderful service, and food at the adjoining Cabo Break cafe.

This is an amazing hotel. It’s feet away from the water and great ocean views. The room is also huge. There’s a nice size sitting area, tv area, and separate bedroom area. I visit the area often and I will only stay here.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 weeks. The rooms was spotless the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We were able to sit on the second floor swimming pool deck and watch the whales. The pool is small but still very refreshing. This is a very quiet hotel so relaxing. It is not far from all the activities you will want to do and see. We mainly took the public transit to many of our adventures. Shout out to BETTY! Betty is the receptionist and will help in any way possible with her beautiful smile. Thank you Betty for making our stay that much better

The room was huge and was spotless. It was so close to the ocean that we felt on top of it! And only $6 uber to SJ. There are 2 restaurants right next door for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff was great!

Betty, the receptionist is a gift! Our stay was beyond expectations, the room, the location, just outstanding. We loved the view, the suite, and walking to the beach daily. It was perfect being away from the crazy party atmosphere of Cabo San Lucas. I don't think we will stay anywhere else.

What an amazing view! Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Loved hanging in the pool with a full ocean view. The restaurants next door were great. Very tasty cocktails and fresh seafood.

Beautiful and clean roam with excellent view of the ocean. Convenient location to access San Jose down town and airport. Breakfast wasn’t great. Staff was nice and friendly !

Outstanding service by our new friends Juan and Betty. Rooms were spotless, beach pristine, small market in walking distance. You really don't need anything! So quiet (other than an obnoxious mariachi band at a neighboring establishment one night) peaceful and serene. Staff is ultra accommodating. If you want action , take an uber to the chaos 30 minutes away! Quick drive from airport too!

The hotel is on the beach, yet when I went to the counter to report I was in the incorrect room, the employee looked at me like I was filthy for having sand on my feet. I had just come from the restaurant, which is directly behind the desk IN THe SAND. I got moved to another room before beong told I needed to pay more because my room has a couch. They are pressing me for $250 USD for a damn couch. My father had been having medical issues, so he was having prescriptions delivered. I was waiting downstairs and kept being approached about it. NO MEDICAL STAFF or equipment on hand. I did not even want to here any more, but my father was unable to transfer/relocate. Very uncomfortable stay. Restaurant was lower than sub par. Will never again stay here.
