The day started out poorly. We were told that our two rooms would be next to each other. I followed up on this request earlier in the week. We were put in rooms across the hall from each other. Then, One room's air conditioning did not work. The room was terribly stuffy. One of us slept part of the evening in the lobby. It was a miserable experience. The staff was not cooperative. They couldn't try to fix it or offer us another room. We would like a refund for a miserable evening.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The room was great. We loved the layout of the king suit. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Just a real nice place.

The staff was great and everything was amazing . The only bad thing was the doors are heavy so when you try to sleep in late people who leave their rooms just let the door go and it slams which is very loud

This is a very convenient hotel for airport access or meetings in the North First St San Jose area. It is a clean concept and well run. Breakfast is better than most included breakfasts and coffee was exceptional. This is not a resort property but a super convenient and easy hotel.
