“It was right on the beach we loved it”

“All around wonderful hotel!! From check in to the courteous staff, to the clean rooms, the spacious pool area (the pool itself was a tad small) but they had fresh towels out there, music playing, and a kiddie pool. Breakfast was also wonderful, with literally all kinds of yummy options. When coming through Rockport this will now be our go to hotel! And we've stayed at several in the area.”

“The counter, nightstand & sinks had several sugar ants. We found some on our cloths as well . Kinds sleep with one eye open worried about the ants.”

“I’m extremely particular about hotels I stay in. Some might say overly particular, but no one wants to end up picking a crusty dusty nasty place to stay while on vacation. So I deep dived hotels in the area for any comments with bad reviews for dirty beds, bugs, bad staff, all the things. After the deep dive this and one other hotel on the island came up as possibles. “Second time staying here. We were here for Memorial weekend, the rooms were clean, a/c worked great. Staff was friendly, exterior was clean. Pool was nice and kept up. It rained this weekend so the pool had some debris but nothing major. Water was cold. We normally grill so that's a plus to have grills in the pool area. Overall great experience. Breakfast on the other hand was not good, very basic, more like just a continental breakfast. We just went to Whataburger instead. I would definitely...

“The room was clean but outdated the bathroom was small.No toilet paper holders by the toilet was behind the toilet The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was okay for one night. But probably wouldn't stay again the beds were okay, but you could hear yourself turn over”

“This was my second stay…and my LAST! These guys tried to charge me $20/ per room to check in2 hours early 2 rooms they said were ready. When I refused and came back in 2 hours, they claimed the rooms were not ready. We had to wait another hour. There are other and better hotels in the same price range. This one sucked.”

“All was good. The lobby lady was so nice, it started raining and we were a few hours early from check in but she let us eat our food in the lobby and was so welcoming. Great location right across from the beach. ”

“We stay 2 nights and it was OK. Room is clean, Bed is comfy, Quiet location, Average Breakfast and Staff were nice. However, room is very humidity and floor was wet all the time. Beside of that, we had a good time.”

“The restroom could benefit from renovation, as there were multiple areas with mold on the bathtub and visible cracks. The lighting was somewhat dim, and the toilet was not flushing properly, which we had to address ourselves. Additionally, the breakfast options could be improved.
