The room reserved(La Ola) clearly states it does not have a private bathroom. It has a shared outside bathroom. And this information was sent to the client at time of reservation as well. Air conditioning is an additional $10/night and is also clearly described on the listing. It also indicates that all rooms and the house is non-smoking and the clients did not abide by that rule unfortunately. Smoking is outside only and ashtrays are provided.

Our budget friendly room 'La Ola' is not advertised that it has a private bathroom. It has a clear description at time of booking that the bathroom for that particular room has a shared outside bathroom. Also it is clearly described that all rooms can offer air conditioning for an additonal $10/night cost if needed and every room has a ceiling fan. We do not advertise that there is hot water. All and any meals are always served family style at our 1 large dining table which our guests love. We are remote, as advertised, and water and power is a much higher price than in the city so we need to cover our expenses and do our best to conserve energy.
