“I booked the deluxe suite, does not look like the pictures online. When asking for clean towels and wash cloths, there was none available for hours. I booked an umbrella for the beach and it was cheap and folds up when the wind blows. Also, after arriving back home I noticed unauthorized charges on my account and when I called the front desk clerk, she was not helpful and prompted me to email the manager. I have yet to receive my security deposit back or answer about the unauthorized charges.”

“The hotel was very shocking to me. No air conditioning in the hallways or lobby. The decor was overwhelming. You may call it charm, but there were too many Victorian artifacts and trinkets everywhere. Each room had a theme but the theme did not correlate to the Elizabethan statues and ornaments that were literally everywhere!! The elevator was old, small and scary. I took the stairs quite a bit.
