A diamond in the rough. Despite looking like a typical motel, it is clean, tasteful and well-cared-for. A two-block walk from the bay and its amenities, it feels more like a well-loved local institution than any roadside inn. Will stay again.

We had a fantastic stay here! The room was spotless and modern, with a perfect view of Morro Rock right from our window. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—truly above and beyond. Easily the best value in town. Highly recommended!

We like staying at this BW because of the location to the area's attractions. The rooms are well laid for their size and are fairly updated with newer technology.
