El hotel esta muy bien cuidado, da un ambiente muy acogedor, el cuarto que nos toco "Pingüica" excelente, muy amplio, techo muy alto, mucho espacio, muy cómodo, buen aire acondicionado, nos resolvieron el problema que tuvimos del agua caliente, el buffet de desayuno bueno, en fin una gran experiencia, sin duda regresaria.

Es una propiedad muy bonita, los jardines, muy única, cada área con mucho arte y la ubicación es excelente. Lo único es que debido a la ubicación el estacionamiento es complicado y te cobran 250 pesos por día. El check in fue un poco confuso por que te bajan del carro muy rápido. Y desafortunadamente no recibí los beneficios VIP. El spa estaba cerrado.

The staff were extremely friendly. The bed was very comfortable. My one comment would be that breakfast at the hotel was far too expensive. We had coffee, fruit and eggs and it was $56.00 Canadian. The food was fine, but it is just breakfast. We only ate breakfast once at the hotel. There are a number of stairs throughout the hotel which can be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Magnifico Hotel
Magnifico Hotel, bien ubicado, todas la áreas super limpias, las camas muy cómodas y el personal amable y servicial, la decoración increíble. Pamela la concierge del Hotel, nos hice reservaciones para un viñedo, nos resolvió la estancia, el traslado y las reservas para el restaurant, super amable y todo salio excelente. Lo único que pediría es que saliera mas agua caliente en la regadera, esta tibia y con el friito que había amerita mas caliente.

Everything was great, except something spooky happened to us while staying! We were sleeping and around 1 AM there was a loud bang out of nowhere in the room. It was as if someone hit the table on one side of the bed and it was quite scary. We thought something dropped but no… I think the hotel is haunted 😅🙃

Excelente hotel, cada vez mejor, es la tercer ocasión que los visitamos. Todo el personal muy amable. Un excelente lugar para relajarse.

No es lo que muestran en las fotos
Lamentablemente nada que ver con sus fotografías y lo que ofrecen, lo primero que nos dijeron al llegar es que NO sirve el SPA y a eso hibamos

Easy access to the main markets and restaurants. The place was clean and staff was friendly and really helpful. Would definitely recommend the place.

property is in great location other than that its overpriced. it needs updating and room could be more clean
