The staff paid close attention to detail. They arranged everything for me, from the pick-up service to the golf cart waiting at the villa. The villa was spotless, and they managed the mosquitoes effectively. When I had a problem with one of the fire alarms, they responded promptly to fix it. Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Hol Chan Reef Resort & Villas. The pool and beach area are beautiful, well equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, corn hole, bocci ball, and hammocks giving lots to do. We had a wonderful fishing excursion booked through the resort & the Hula bar right down the street cooked all of our fish perfectly! It’s a nice quiet area which was perfect for really unplugging and relaxing. We will be back!

Resort Stay Review – San Pedro, Belize We had a great experience staying at this resort on the south side of San Pedro. What we loved: • The kitchen was fully equipped, which made our stay very convenient and comfortable. • The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. • The views were beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos—no surprises, just as advertised. Location: • The resort is located on the quieter south side of the island, which we really enjoyed. • It’s about a 20-minute golf cart ride to downtown San Pedro, making it a nice balance between peaceful and accessible. Overall: We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great views and a comfortable setup.

I recommend the ocean view property. It’s a sight to wake up to everyday. The culture the locals were amazing. I miss it and would definitely go back! Richard the property concierge was very helpful as well. Definitely need a golf cart to get around and into town

The property is excellent and well maintained and very clean and quiet. The staff, particularly Sandra and Richard were excellent and helpful. My only criticism is that the beach is not really a beach and is not swimmable.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views. Very clean and quiet. Excellent service. A bit far from the Secret Beach but worth the drive. Sandra was available to answer any of our questions and Richard was very helpful with booking activities. Highly recommend.

It was a last minute trip and we could not have been happier with our choice to stay at Hol Chan Villas. The place was amazing and Sandra went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Top notch customer service. She even helped arranged to help have a chef to come and cook for us.
