Going through an exterior remodel. Rooms needed updating, specifically the bathrooms. Staff could be more specific when explaining the benefits of the property. Great restaurants within walking distance, all inclusive not needed. Beaches around the property were excellent. With all that said I do recommend a stay here.

El hotel en general muy bien, el club Cocos excelente, solo tuvimos inconveniente con la piscina principal a nuestra llegada, ya que se veía algo sucia, los demás días ya no se vio así. También tuvimos problemas con los cojines que ponen en las camas, estaban sucios y tenían mal olor.

Fantastic Location but No Sleep
Great location! The biggest complaint we have is that the beds are like sleeping on plywood! We finished our holiday exhausted from lack of sleep due to the beds being uncomfortable. As such will not stay there again.

Location is great!!! However, the room decorations including bed sheets and window curtains are updated. The shower floor edges had mold. Not worth the amount I paid.

The hotel is convenient located to restaurants and it has a nice sunset view. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. The actual rooms were not that nice for the price you are paying. We asked to change rooms because the first room had its shower full of blood.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Posada Real, my only complaint was the food options. I chose to pay for the all inclusive package, but in retrospect I would’ve opted to just have a room and pay for meals out in the city. The only meal of the day I enjoyed at the hotel was breakfast, and even that wasn’t amazing. The facilities are a bit dated, if you’re looking for resorts like in Cabo or Cancun this isn’t it, however, it is air conditioned and you do get access to two quality swimming pools and a pool for kids. The views of the Pacific Ocean were fantastic at this location. Long story short, this IS NOT a luxury resort if you’re used to Cabo or Cancun, but it is a great stay and comes recommended highly by me.

The hotel had a power and water outrage, waited there for 4 hours and no solution was given. They told us to call expedia for a refund which also didnt happen since the hotel refused to pay expedia… we ended up getting another hotel. Overall the hotel was nice the problem here is we couldnt even shower and nothing was offered to compensate it.

Good afternoon: The power outage was not only in the hotel, it was in a large part of the city due to a failure of the service provider company (CFE). The hotel has an emergency plant to provide light for common areas and rooms (air conditioning).We are sorry for what happened but it was not the hotel's fault.regards.

The priority is to damage old and dirty, one off my rooms was completely dirty with dead bugs all over the room with a unpleasant odor, The food was terrible oriental diner for 6 almost $3,000.00 pesos 2 of us only eat couple whole fruit, Bad food, breakfast was ok but to many bugs all over. For 3 nights 3 rooms I spend almos $2,000.00 Dollars $34,000.00 pesos, Definitely not worth it.

We regret that the hotel was not to your liking, we manage the buffet food at a cost per person of 432 pesos for rooms that do not have all-inclusive. . We have no reports of what you mentioned about the room during your stay. We would have liked to be able to attend to your comments.

The coco beach club access and transportation to and from was very good. Service was attentive. Lobby and surrounding areas are clean and serviced well. Pool is very clean and big. Rooms need updating beds not very comfortable. TV's have limited channels and don't work.

Overall, the property is ok. It was deceptive to find out that there is not such thing as 3 restaurants options on site. There was one at the hotel where they serve breakfast and dinner. The second one was the beach club were they served lunch. The food options were limited since they mostly served buffet, or they had a 5 items menu for snacks. It also surprised me that they had unwritten rules regarding beach towels. They only mentioned you had to pay for them if they weren’t returned. There was a time when we asked for a change, since we were caught by the rain and they said you can only have a dry and clean one per day. The next day we were given a tone by the receptionist because we should have returned our towels at night, when nobody had said that before.

thanks for your comments.The concept of the hotel is all inclusive in food from 7 am to 10:30 pm as well as alcoholic beverages. as mentioned on all digital platforms with service hours. The issue of towels that you mention is a towel at the reception and beach club of the hotel with a daily change since we are in an ecological program as a tourist destination in the care of natural resources, each guest is invited to take their towel for use daily and deliver at the end of the day.regards

Good afternoon: The hotel has direct access to the beach, walking 3 minutes since we are in the upper part of the beach, in the same way we have transportation in an air-conditioned van that takes all our guests to the beach club facing the sea ( restaurant bar) in courtesy throughout the day.regards.

This was a last minute booking as our previous accommodations were no longer available after flight cancellations and rescheduling. We didn’t expect much except for decent and clean rooms and a friendly staff, this place had none of that. The rooms were dingy, the staff could care less about anything or anyone. We tried booking an excursion to the National park through the hotel and they waited until last minute to cancel it on us because there weren’t enough people going leaving us with no time to book another outing elsewhere. The only saving grace is the beach which is quiet and private, otherwise I couldn’t recommend this place less.
