Staff made stay very uncomfortable. The woman who works at the front seems very agitated. She even talked badly about guests to other residents at the property.

Hotel staff friendly, helpful, and courteous. Our room was sparkling clean and the grounds quiet and beautiful. Highly recommended.

The Innkeeper was terrific. The property is clean and well maintained. An EV charging station would have made the stay perfect.

I loved the hotel is very clean, it looks like it was recently remodel, the lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and if you like cats there is an adoption cat center and gift shop next door where you can spend time with kitties and adopt one if you fall in love with one.

Nice friendly hotel
We loved our stay, the room was very clean and quiet, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, and also the location was close to everything. Nice place we definitely going again.

Room was clean and ready, good price . Had to wait to check in as no one was in the office. Several times no one was in the office. Phone message was not returned. That concerned us in case of an emergency. It was a holiday weekend. No phone or clock in the room. Needed directions on how to operate the room temperature remote.

Great Place - Two Night stay
Great, clean and updated. Very easy. Only thing was the noisiness of the split AC/Heat unit. Otherwise everything was great for a two night say.

Tight on the TP
The room was very clean But it was not made up the following day. The following morning we went out for the day when we arrived that evening the room was not serviced. It was as we left it that morning bed unmade no fresh towels. No toilet paper. We had to ask at the front desk for toilet paper and towels.

Cambria is a lovely place to visit and the Creekside is a lovely place to stay when you do. It’s right on Main Street and a brisk walk lands you right in the downtown area with shops, restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and comfortable and had a balcony with a view of the creek. We will definitely stay here again.

It was cute and clean and all around pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Had a big tv, microwave, and fridge.

Very nice room with good parking. Gas station and great Italian restaurant right across the street. No need for driving, as Carmel is walkable from the hotel. Friendly staff and daily breakfast.

Very clean and quiet place
We had a very clean room. Clearly, the rooms have been recently remodeled. I was surprised that there was nothing on the floor of the shower to keep a person from slipping, nor any handrails to hold onto. We had to be very careful showering. We also brought a computer to stream to the TV but we’re unable to change the input due to the type of TV remote and no one on staff could help us. The stream in the back of the property is nice, but the yard before it could have used some cleaning up is it distracted from the view.

Water pressure was too weak to shower
The Hotel room was clean but the water pressure in the shower was too weak to even wash my hair. The receptionist could be a bit more friendly.

The room was very comfortable and very clean except for a few carpet stains, but they were not bad. We otherwise had a great time here (our second stay at this hotel) and will definitely stay here again.
