the hotel has perfect location(โjust a few minutes walk from santa lucia railway station and the waterboat station); a beautiful and very well maintained room; a clean and spacious bathroom; friendly and nice staffs who speak fluent english; wholesome and hearty breakfast buffet, etcโ
โGreat location.wonderdul serving. Well oriented bed with big Chandler's light. The height of the ceiling is very tall!!. It's not expensive... considering its room size and conditions.
We made only 2 stay... it's my fault. I should have had a full stay during my visit!!!.
I love this beautiful city, Venice and I really enjoyed the hotel.
See you again in my next visit... I promise.

โWonderful staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable room although it was very hot in Venice while we were there and the room air conditioning could only get the temperature down to 26. A fan was in the room and that helped. โ
