“The location was good with a basement parking available. On the other hand, the air conditioner broke down and our room was roasting hot for the past 2 nights. I complained to the front desk but I was told to leave the terrace door open. (Our room was the hottest place in the island and O could not sleep at all.) To make it worse, wifi network was not working. I am so relieved that I have finally checked out from the hotel. ”

Staff were friendly and the reception staff spoke good English. The WIFI is good in reception and reasonable in...

“The room was nice and spacious, the balcony was immense with 2 sunloungers on, parasol, tables and chairs. The only real downside was the lack of air con, but there was 2 fans in the room. The hotel was nice ( could do with a lick of paint in areas ) but in general, good value for the price. Good location ( opposite the church )”

“This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in – and I have travelled a fair bit. The decor in the public spaces and in the room itself was exquisite. The staff were always smiling and helpful. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal in terms of quality and the range of choice. The gardens are magnificent and well tended. Look for the black swans! The spa was amazing. Our package allowed us free use of the spa. If we wanted a specific treatment we paid for it. The spa included two outdoor pools, one...
