โAbsolutely loved our overnight stay at this lovely hotel. The service was excellent, great communication and as for the breakfast, well that was simply delicious. A perfect night away and much needed. Thank you both xโ
โMike was the best host. Very welcoming and called a taxi for me to get to my next destination. One of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. Would definitely recommendโ
โDifficult to find, on a fishmarket, no way to check in earlier then 3pm (even when the room is ready), but Folkestone is great, that makes it more then okay! Room is small but very cosy. No closets, bathroom is small and not practical. Good bed, super view, great (expensive) diner at Rocksalt restaurant.
Very nice stayโ
โRooms spacious and clean. No Air Conditioning but outside night temp 70 degrees. Had windows to open. Good value for price. 15 minute drive to port to catch cruise ship. Would definitely book again if in area.โ
โGreat, friendly welcome and really convenient for the gig we were going too! Little disappointed that they suddenly stopped serving food just when we went down which meant we had try and and find something last minute but other than that it was ideal for our needs. Also.... the fluffiest towels I have ever come across!!โ
โOn the beach- it felt like people were walking on your front garden. Beautiful home and everything thought of- tea bags, coffee and wine included. Great communication throughout. Clean, washing machine and bleach etc all there. Loved it and itโs location. Parking a bit of a bother and luck (being in October!)โ
โThe hotel isn't modern, but it's pleasant. Everything is close by: restaurants, shops, and a bus station. The view from the window is beautiful, and the beach is a 10-15-minute walk away. The staff was very helpful.
One minor drawback was the room service: we had to ask for fresh towels or toilet paper even though someone was in our room every day because shampoo sachets were left behind. โ
