โWe had a wonderful stay at the Clifton Hotel in Folkestone! Long scenic walks to the harbour, delicious dining at the Marco Pierre White Chophouse, and the truly exceptional restaurant staffโwho also brightened our morning at breakfastโmade the experience unforgettable. The ambient bar was a lovely spot to unwind, and a little Costa Coffee bar available. Every member of the hotel team was warm, polite, and welcoming. They made us feel so looked after. Weโll definitely be back!โ

โGreat location right on the doorstep on the channel. Staff really friendly, romms clean and well kept. The bar was nice and decent variety of drinks. We didn't eat as i was visiting a friend do went out but will definitely consider using again wjen I'm back down. โ
โUsed the hotel as a night stop before an early ferry. It served thus purpose well was clean fidy with an easy check in helpful manager / owner. The hotel is a little dated but tidy and great for our 1 night stay only 15 minutes from either the ferry or eurotunnel.โ
โHotel bien situรฉ, personnel accueillant, propre, la vue sur mer est genial, petit dejeuner continental pas mal du tout (large choix), on peut se garer facilement dans la rue (payant), on avait rรฉservรฉ une chambre de 5 et nous n'etions pas les uns sur les autres. Petits points negatifs quand meme: les murs sont fins (bruit de tรฉlรฉ...), literie pas top et douche pas toujours facile a regler.โ
โGreat, friendly welcome and really convenient for the gig we were going too! Little disappointed that they suddenly stopped serving food just when we went down which meant we had try and and find something last minute but other than that it was ideal for our needs. Also.... the fluffiest towels I have ever come across!!โ
โWe only stayed for one night as catching a ferry early in the morning, we were leaving before breakfast so they kindly made us food to take with us. Overall the staff the Room and food were all excellent. Would 100% stay again. โ
โDoes the job really! If you need a quick night's stay before getting the ferry or tunnel then it's ideal, however be aware that some rooms have no windows and the place is a *little* rundown. Main receptionist was really nice and very helpful - I would stay again but only for short stays.โ
