"Very convenient, clean and comfortable. Walls a little thin -could hear the neighbours coughing, However the beds were spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was good too. Breakfast was ok and staff very friendly and helpful. "
"Does the job really! If you need a quick night's stay before getting the ferry or tunnel then it's ideal, however be aware that some rooms have no windows and the place is a *little* rundown. Main receptionist was really nice and very helpful - I would stay again but only for short stays."
"One of the top two places I stay at around the whole of the south east of England truly fantastic comfortable amazing food so friendly and welcoming all the time"
"Amazing local feel with local owner/operators. Extremely clean and stunning veiws of Dover. Great homade breakfast and super helpful with information about the area. Best place to stay without exception!"
"I had booked and paid through Hotels.com. But that was not accepted at check-in, and I had to pay once more. I have reached out to both the hotel and hotels.com, but neither will refund the double payment"

"Friendly staff.. The room we stayed in smelt of damp.. there was a pot hole in the bathroom from where something has been leaking which was probably also accountable for the smell.. the noise was due to how close the cars are parked to the hotel. There seemed to be people coming and going/ arguing with each other every 30 mins. Due to the unusually warm weather the window had to be open so this was unavoidable. "
"Really lovely stay here. Perfect central location and parking. The staff were excellent and accomodating.
The atmosphere was very relaxed and a great cocktail bar.
Would definitely come again :)"
"Excellent stay abd staff were friendly and helpful. Nice room, good location . Restaurant and food was very good. Enjoyed my stay. I did book an extra night."
"This hotel is suitable for a short stay of one or two nights. The room is very basic, and the hotel's condition could be improved. It's important to note that you get what you pay for; this is not a luxury hotel. However, the location is great."
