"Not sure what happened within the past year but this year’s stay was less than desirable, obvious the room was not cleaned from previous guest, dirt all around the bathroom/bathtub, no clean towels & no toilet paper The guest service gal was very rude like we were a bother , will not return, I’d actually like a refund!!!"

"We had an unfortunate experience with our TV. We wanted to watch the NBA playoffs but you had to link your phone to the TV. I was having difficulty so I asked the young desk associate. Her exact words to me was, well our customers just find something to watch on the normal channels. I don't know how to do it and either does my manager. Don't offer a smart TV with the capability if you don't educate the staff on how to help the guests. I would not stay there again."

"Great place to stay while birding the Lake Erie coast! Very convenient to places like Magee Marsh, East Harbor State Park, etc. Excellent breakfast buffet and I was able to grab coffee and a muffin before the 6am official start. Nice selection of restaurants in very easy walking distance. The take-out Hibachi meal was delicious!!"

"The bathroom had a sticky floor as if the cleaner had not been washed away after it was mopped. The jacuzzi tub was visibly dirty, the bottom of the tub needed to be bleached, and the walls needed to be wiped down. It was missing toilet paper and soap when we checked in, also. They did provided the toilet paper and soap. All the electrical outlets were loose. There were no charging ports and all the electrical sockets were behind furniture."

"The staff was very welcoming. Our room was clean and organized. The pool was warm and the area was clean."

"We have stayed were multiple times throughout the years any usually it's good enough. I laidback on-the bed and it felt wet so i got up just to see that my clothes were ruined by bleach. My wife went to the office and they changed out our bedding. They refused to own their mistake and won’t do anything to make it right. They won’t replace the clothes or at the least just reimburse the cost of the room for a night. The front desk won’t speak with me and management won’t help. Please avoid the issues that we encountered and stay somewhere else. I wasn’t asking for anything extra just for what they ruined. "
